Company details, the policies that govern our work, and the commitments we make to every client. One page, everything in it.

01 - The entity

Who you are contracting with

Knowing exactly which company stands behind a website matters, particularly when money and intellectual property are involved. Here are ours in full.

Every quote, invoice, contract and deliverable is issued by this entity. If a document, invoice or person claims to represent Ecomsy and something feels inconsistent, contact us directly using the details on this page before acting on it.

02 - Documents

The policies that govern our work

Three documents cover almost everything. Where your signed project agreement differs, that agreement takes precedence for your specific project.

Terms of Service

How engagements work: scope, milestones, quotes and payments, ownership of deliverables, responsibilities on both sides, warranties and liability.

Read the terms

Privacy Policy

What data we collect and why, who processes it on our behalf, how long we keep it, how it is protected and the rights you hold over it.

Read the policy

Project agreements

Your individual statement of work or signed quote, listing deliverables, milestones, revision rounds, timelines and the specific commercial terms of your project.

Order of precedence

If two documents ever appear to conflict, read them in this order: your signed project agreement first, then the Terms of Service, then anything on this page. We would rather state that plainly than let ambiguity sit in the background.

03 - Standards

Compliance and how we operate

Commitments we hold ourselves to, whether or not a particular client asks for them.

Confidentiality by default

Client credentials, business information and project detail are treated as confidential from the first conversation, with or without an NDA in place. We are happy to sign one before discovery if your project needs it.

Secure payment handling

All card payments run through Stripe on their own hosted checkout. We never see, transmit or store card numbers, which removes an entire category of risk from our systems and yours.

Licensed components only

We use properly licensed themes, plugins, fonts and libraries. You receive a record of third-party components at handover so you know exactly what your product depends on and under which licence.

Honest marketing

We do not promise rankings, revenue figures or guaranteed outcomes that no agency can control. Estimates are presented as ranges, and case study numbers describe what actually happened for that client.

Fair employment

Roles advertised on our careers page are real, applications are reviewed by people, and candidate information is handled under the same privacy standards as client data.

04 - Ownership

Intellectual property and licensing

Two directions matter here: what happens to work we create for you, and what you may do with the content on this website.

AssetOwnerWhat you may do
Your project deliverablesYou, after full paymentUse, modify, host and extend them freely, including with another agency.
Materials you suppliedYou, at all timesEverything, they never stop being yours.
Our frameworks and toolsEcomsyUse them perpetually inside the product we delivered to you.
Third-party componentsTheir licensorsUse them under their own licence terms, which we identify at handover.
This website's contentEcomsyRead, share and quote with attribution. Do not republish wholesale or scrape it.
The Ecomsy name and logoEcomsyRefer to us by name. Do not imply partnership or endorsement without written permission.

Think we have got something wrong?

If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright or trademark, email info@ecomsy.com.pk with the specific URL, a description of the work and proof of your rights. We investigate promptly and remove anything we should not be using rather than arguing the point.

05 - Access

Accessibility commitment

A website that excludes people is a website that has failed part of its job. We build with that in mind and we treat it as ongoing work, not a box that gets ticked once.

Readable contrast

Colour choices are checked against contrast guidance, and a dark mode is available for those who find it easier on the eyes.

Keyboard navigation

Menus, forms and interactive elements can be reached and operated without a mouse, with visible focus states.

Semantic structure

Proper headings, labels and landmarks so screen readers can describe the page in a way that makes sense.

Responsive by default

Layouts adapt from small phones to large monitors, and text remains readable when zoomed.

Multiple languages

The site can be translated into eleven languages, including right-to-left support for Urdu and Arabic.

Motion respect

Animations are kept purposeful and subtle rather than distracting, and never carry meaning on their own.

Found a barrier?

Tell us at info@ecomsy.com.pk and describe what you were trying to do. Accessibility reports are treated as bugs, not suggestions, and we will tell you what we have changed once it is fixed.

06 - Limits

Disclaimers worth reading

Short, specific and honest, rather than a wall of capital letters designed to be skipped.

Information, not advice

Guides, blog posts and pricing ranges on this site are general information. They are not legal, financial or tax advice, and they are not a substitute for a proper quote based on your actual requirements.

Estimates are estimates

Price ranges and timelines shown publicly are indicative and depend heavily on scope. Only a written quote for your specific project is binding on us.

External links

We link to other sites where they are genuinely useful, but we do not control them. Their content, privacy practices and security are their responsibility.

No outcome guarantees

We cannot guarantee search rankings, sales figures, app store approval or third-party platform decisions, because none of those are within our control. What we guarantee is the quality of our work.

Service availability

We aim for the site and client portals to be available at all times, but maintenance, upstream outages and events outside our control can interrupt access without notice.

AI assistant limits

Eva is helpful for questions and scoping, but she is an assistant rather than an authority. Nothing she says forms a binding quote or contractual commitment on our part.

07 - Speak up

Report a problem or raise a concern

Whether it is a security flaw, a billing dispute or a complaint about how we handled something, there is a route for it and we would rather hear it directly.

Security vulnerabilities

Email info@ecomsy.com.pk with the details and steps to reproduce. Please give us reasonable time to fix an issue before disclosing it publicly. We do not pursue researchers who report responsibly and in good faith.

Billing and invoices

Query any invoice before its due date and we will pause collection while we look into it. Reference the invoice ID, which you can also track at ecomsy.com.pk/invoice.

Data and privacy requests

Access, correction or deletion requests go to the same address. We verify identity first, then aim to respond within 30 days.

Service complaints

Tell us what went wrong and what outcome you want. We respond to complaints in writing, and almost everything is resolved by a direct conversation about expectations.

Impersonation

If someone contacts you claiming to be Ecomsy and asks for payment to an unfamiliar account, stop and verify with us first using the official channels listed on this page.

08 - Questions

Legal questions, answered

The practical questions clients ask before signing anything.

Your signed project agreement or accepted quote comes first, because it describes your specific deliverables, milestones and commercial terms. The Terms of Service cover everything that agreement does not address, and this Legal page provides company detail and general policies.

Often, yes. Many clients, particularly larger companies, have their own agreements and procurement processes. Send it over and we will review it. Where a clause is genuinely unworkable for a small agency we will say so and propose an alternative rather than sign something we cannot honour.

Regularly. A large share of our clients are in the Gulf, the UK, Europe and North America. We quote in US dollars by default, accept card payment through Stripe, and work across time zones with scheduled calls at hours that suit you.

Yes. We treat client information as confidential by default, and we are glad to sign an NDA before detailed discussions. If you would prefer the project never appears in our portfolio or case studies, tell us and that decision is permanent.

You keep what you have paid for. We hand over the deliverables, source code, accounts and access, plus documentation of any third-party components, so another team can pick it up without obstruction. We do not hold products hostage as leverage.

Yes, Ecomsy (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED is a registered single-member private limited company in Pakistan. All quotes, contracts and invoices are issued in that name, and formal registration details can be provided on request for your procurement or due diligence process.

Official contact comes from our ecomsy.com.pk domain, our published WhatsApp number, or the chat widget on this website. If a payment request looks unusual, or names an account you have not used before, verify with us on a known channel before paying anything.

Need something specific?

For company documentation, a signed NDA, procurement paperwork or clarification on any clause, email info@ecomsy.com.pk. We would much rather answer a question before a project starts than discover a misunderstanding halfway through it.
